About me
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens within safe, authentic connection.
I believe meaningful change happens through connection—with ourselves and with others. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment theory, parts work, and narrative and relational approaches. Together, we will explore the emotions, relationship patterns, and protective strategies that may be keeping you stuck, while building greater self-understanding, resilience, and connection.
I take an active and engaged role in therapy, approaching each session as a collaborative process. I’m naturally curious and involved, often asking questions, sharing observations, and thinking alongside my clients as we explore patterns, challenges, and possibilities for change.
My background in the creative arts deeply informs my therapeutic approach. I value curiosity, flexibility, and imagination, and I enjoy helping clients discover new ways of understanding themselves, relationships, and their experiences.
